PVC Coated Galvanized Steel Wire Welded Mesh Fencing

 

Welded mesh fencing is a kind of fencing made by electrical resistance welding. The welded mesh for fencing purposes is generally made of wires not greater than 10mm.

Applications
It is widely used as fencing in the area of railway, highway, city transport road, factory, industry zone, sightseeing zone, farm, courtyard, park, zoo, train and bus station, lawn, hotel, supermarket, etc.

Material
a) zinc-coated or zinc alloy coated steel wires; or
b) bright wires which are subsequently coated after welding either with zinc or zinc alloy;
c) the welded mesh may or may not be subsequently coated with an organic material.

Mesh Size and Wire Diameter
The mesh size and wire diameter is determined according to the application. The mesh size can be uniform througout the panel or varying. Typical values are as follows.

2) panel form welded mesh can be produced either with overhanging edges or with flush cut edges.

Information to be supplied by the purchaser
The following information shall be supplied by the purchaser at the time of enquiry and order:
a) diameters of line and cross wires;
b) mesh size(s);
c) whether or not crimping is required in line or cross wires;
d) roll or panel;
e) in the case of panels, whether to be produced with overhangs or cut flush;
f) length and width of rolls or size of panels;
g) the class of zinc or zinc/alloy coating and whether applied before or after manufacture;
h) whether an organic material coating is required and, if so, the type and colour;
i) quantity and packaging;
j) agreed quality characteristics for testing.
