Introduction:

Welded wire mesh is widely used in the construction field. The wires are crossed horizontally and vertically to form the warp and weft, welded directly into formed mesh by automatic welded wire mesh machine, then through a series of surface treatment processes such as rust removal, pickling, hot dip galvanizing, passivation, optional plastic coating, etc. to become the end-use form of the product.

Surface Treatment:

Hot-dip galvanizing is the most common anti-corrosion process used for welded wire mesh. After hot-dip galvanizing, the corrosion resistance of welded wire mesh is greatly enhanced. Galvanized welded wire mesh can be divided into two types according to the sequence of the production process: galvanized steel wire mesh and post-hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh. The former uses galvanized steel wire as the raw material for welded wire mesh, while the latter uses bright steel wire as the raw material for welded wire mesh, and then hot-dip galvanized as a whole.
