Hot Dipped Galvanized Razor Barbed Wire Roll Cage for Hydraulic Power Plant Switchyard Fence
Purpose of use.
Razor Barbed wire roll cage is an important steel material specially used for fence security. By setting barbed wire roll cage in the water conservancy power plant switchyard fence, it can achieve to prevent outsiders from climbing the fence to enter the inside of the power plant site, steal or destroy important power facilities and materials in the plant, or cause the danger of electric shock to the personnel by approaching or mistakenly entering the power plant, and create a relatively safe operating environment for the power plant.
Installation mode.
Razor Barbed wire roll cage can be installed on the peripheral wall using V bracket or angle bracket or special bracket. It is fixed to the top of the perimeter wall by expansion screws or through bolts. The brackets are set up every 2-3 meters, and the brackets are generally prefabricated with 3 barbed wire hooks on each side to facilitate transverse barbed wire erection. Barbed wire roll cage and transverse tension wire are fixed by snap or tie wire.

1. Model Selection. Razor barbed wire has a variety of standard models available for selection, according to the characteristics of the use of scenarios and set requirements to choose small knife barbed, medium knife barbed or large knife barbed. Commonly used standard 0.5 m circle diameter in the knife barbed BTO-22 general model, its specific parameters are: knife barbed length 22mm, width 15mm, spacing 35mm, plate thickness 0.5mm, core diameter 2.5mm. the advantages of this model of razor wire is wide applicability, adopted by many engineering projects. Circle diameter should be designed according to the height and thickness of the fence, ordinary fence selection range of 30cm-60cm diameter, serpentine type spiral cross manufacturing process.
2. Material selection. Razor Barbed wire roll cage material is divided into core wire material and blade steel material, mainly galvanized material and stainless steel material. The basis for the selection of materials is mainly the requirements of anti-corrosion performance. Galvanized material generally refers to the use of galvanized material (galvanized steel wire + galvanized steel plate) by a series of processing technology to make the razor barbed wire, the advantage is the low price of raw materials, wide applicability, is used in most projects. Stainless steel material is generally used in the higher requirements of anti-corrosion occasions, thanks to the stainless steel itself rust resistance, can reduce the frequency of barbed wire replacement. Generally choose 304 grade stainless steel.
